Refund Policy
This page covers exactly what happens to your money and your order — before, during, and after the Rome Drop. No fine print, no surprises. If anything below is unclear, just ask us.

Your deposit is fully refundable.
If for any reason the Rome Drop doesn’t happen — whether that’s a shipping issue, a problem with the collection, or anything outside your control — you get your full $75 back on October 1st. Immediately. No questions, no forms, no waiting.
You can also cancel your pre-order at any time before September 1, 2026 for a full deposit refund. After that date we’ll have already placed your order with Luisa in Rome, so we ask that you honor the commitment — but reach out and we’ll always try to find a solution.

Size exchange guarantee.
Buying a shirt online without trying it on is a leap of faith. We get it. If your shirt arrives and the fit isn’t right, we’ll exchange it for the other available size — no charge, no hassle.
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your shirt
- Ship it back unworn, with tags attached
- We’ll send the correct size as soon as it’s available
- We cover return shipping on size exchanges

14-day satisfaction guarantee.
If your shirt arrives and you’re genuinely not happy with the quality — the fabric, the construction, anything — contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll make it right. That might mean an exchange, a refund, or a conversation. We’re not hiding behind fine print.
We stand behind these shirts because we’ve worn them ourselves for years. But if for any reason yours doesn’t meet that standard, we want to know about it.
You can return your items for a full refund or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date. All returns need to be received in the original packaging (in particular each product dust bag) and in unused and resalable condition.

How the pre-order works.
We want to be completely transparent about what happens after you click Pre-Order:
- Today — you pay a $75 deposit. Your order is confirmed.
- Early September — we contact you to confirm your size and shipping address.
- Before shipping — we charge the remaining $124 balance.
- September 25, 2026 — your shirt ships from Atlanta.
You will never be charged the remaining balance without warning. We’ll email you first, confirm everything is correct, and only then process the final payment. Your total is $199, duties included, with free shipping on all pre-orders.

What we can’t accept back.
To be fair to everyone, we can’t accept returns on shirts that have been worn, washed, or altered. If a shirt arrives damaged or defective — that’s different, and we’ll always make that right immediately.
